1. S&H Medical Science Service, S.L. (en adelante, S&H), por las presentes condiciones generales, trata de regular la puesta a disposición de los usuarios de la información y los servicios que se proporcionan a través de su web, www.shmedical.es . Todo usuario con acceso a este web, deberá aceptar las presentes Condiciones Generales, entendiéndose toda utilización del web como una aceptación de las mismas.Igualmente, en aquellas páginas, titularidad de terceros, a las que se puede acceder a través de enlaces y que presentan otras condiciones generales, el usuario deberá aceptarlas. Siendo en todo caso complementarias y todas ellas de aplicación.
2. Salvo indicación expresa en contrario, el acceso a la información mostrada en las páginas del portal, es totalmente gratuita.
3. S&H, titular del web, se reserva la facultad de efectuar, en cualquier momento y sin necesidad de aviso previo, modificaciones y actualizaciones de la información contenida en su web o en la configuración y presentación de éste.
4. S&H no garantiza la inexistencia de errores en el acceso a la web, en su contenido o en la actualización de éste. Sin embargo, pondrá todos los medios a su alcance para evitarlos, subsanarlos o actualizarlos.
5. Tanto el acceso a esta web como el uso que pueda hacerse de la información contenida en la misma es responsabilidad exclusiva de quien lo realiza. S&H no responderá de ninguna consecuencia, mal funcionamiento, daño o perjuicio que pudieran derivarse de dicho acceso o uso de la información ajenas a su voluntad.
6. Uso del login y del password de acceso a servicios
   1. El acceso a algunos de los servicios proporcionados por la web, puede estar condicionado a que el usuario introduzca un nombre de acceso (login) y una clave secreta (password) que le habrán sido previamente facilitadas por S&H.
   2. El usuario se compromete a mantener en la más absoluta confidencialidad de los login y las password y, a comunicar a S&H de forma inmediata cualquier pérdida de confidencialidad que pueda producirse, por ejemplo, por el conocimiento de terceros del login o password del usuario.
   3. El usuario reconoce y acepta que cualquier actividad que se realice en el Portal, utilizando los login o password que se le hayan asignado, será de su exclusiva responsabilidad a todos los efectos siempre y cuando no haya comunicado a S&H previamente el hecho de que el login y password utilizados ya no eran seguros.
7. S&H no se responsabiliza del estado de la conexión de acceso o de los contenidos de los enlaces de terceros a los que se hace referencia en la web.
8. En cuanto a las noticias, reportajes y artículos que sean citados en la web, S&H no se hace responsable de la veracidad de los contenidos incluidos en esta sección. Asimismo S&H no se hace responsable de la veracidad de los datos proporcionados por terceros que se reproduzcan en la web, ni del uso que pudiera hacerse de los materiales disponibles en la misma, si infringieran los derechos de terceras partes.
9. Propiedad Intelectual e Industrial
   1. Los derechos de propiedad intelectual del web www.shmedical.es pertenecen a S&H y de los distintos elementos en él contenidos –incluyendo, sin limitación, la información escrita, los diseños gráficos, y, en general de todo el material accesible desde la web. Corresponde a dicha empresa, el ejercicio exclusivo de los derechos de explotación de los mismos en cualquier forma y, en especial, los derechos de reproducción, distribución, comunicación pública y transformación.
   2. Se concede el derecho de reproducción parcial, contando con la autorización expresa y por escrito de S&H, de su contenido siempre que se haga mención al origen de la información, a la titularidad de la misma, esto es, © S&H Medical Science Service; y siempre que concurran las siguientes condiciones: 1) Que sea compatible con los fines del web www.shmedical.es , 2) Que se realice con animo de obtener la información contenida y no con propósito comercial ni para uso distinto del individual, 3) Que ninguno de los elementos contenidos en el web tales como los datos, documentos, información, gráficos o imágenes, sean modificados de forma alguna, 4) Que ninguno de dichos elementos disponibles en el web sean utilizados, copiados o distribuidos separadamente de su contexto, texto, gráfico o imágenes que lo acompañen.
   3. La empresa, S&H, es titular de los derechos de Propiedad Industrial referidos a sus productos y servicios y específicamente de los relativos a las marcas registradas «S&H MEDICAL SCIENCE SERVICE. Respecto a las citas de productos, servicios, procesos, enlaces, hipertexto o cualquier otra información en la que se utilicen los signos distintivos y/o dominios, el nombre comercial o el nombre del fabricante, suministrador, etc… que sean titularidad de terceros, S&H, reconoce a favor de sus titulares los correspondientes derechos de propiedad industrial e intelectual, no implicando su sola mención o aparición en la web la existencia de derechos o responsabilidad alguna de S&H sobre los mismos, como tampoco respaldo, patrocinio, recomendación por parte de S&H.
10. La utilización no autorizada de la información contenida en esta web, así como la lesión de los derechos de Propiedad Intelectual o Industrial que tiene S&H, dará lugar a las responsabilidades legalmente establecidas.
11. El usuario no podrá, en ningún caso, establecer enlaces («links») entre cualquier espacio accesible desde internet y la web, salvo que sea previamente consentido de forma expresa y por escrito por parte de S&H.
12. Duración .- Las Condiciones Generales para el uso de esta web tienen carácter indefinido y permanecerán vigentes mientras el portal esté activo.
13. Datos Personales y cookies
    1. S&H informa que para el acceso por parte del usuario a alguna parte de los Contenidos o servicios ofertados en el Portal, puede ser necesaria la previa cumplimentación de formularios de alta, o similar, en los que se le solicite al usuario la introducción de datos de carácter personal. Asimismo, es posible que S&H, con el ánimo de mejorar sus servicios, active programas, «cookies» u otros procedimientos, mediante los cuales se obtengan datos del usuario.

El usuario puede ejercitar sus derechos de acceso, rectificación y cancelación y oposición, con arreglo a lo previsto en la LOPD y demás normativa aplicable al efecto, mediante el envío a S&H en la dirección, c/ Espronceda, 27 1ºA; 28003 Madrid, de una solicitud escrita y firmada, incluyendo su nombre, apellidos y fotocopia del DNI u otro documento acreditativo válido, en la que solicite el ejercicio de aquellos derechos que desee.
14. Ley Aplicable
    1. Las presentes Condiciones Generales se rigen por la legislación española.
    2. En caso de disputa o controversia relacionada con la interpretación o aplicación de estas Condiciones Generales, las partes se someten, con renuncia expresa a cualquier otro fuero, a los Juzgados y Tribunales de la ciudad de Madrid.
15. El usuario reconoce haber leído las presentes Condiciones Generales, y presta su conformidad con las mismas.
